Quick Tip

Peek-a-boo helps your 4-6-month-old child learn that you’re still there, even when you’re hiding. But most of all, it’s fun! Your face and voice are our child’s favorite toys. (Vroom, Ages 0-1).

Quick Tip

Talking about everyday activities help’s build your child’s vocabulary, communications skills and their brains! (Vroom, Ages 0-1).

Quick Tip

Your 1-2-year-old child learns best from what you say and do, so read everything you can out loud. Read signs outside, recipes, or ads in a magazine. Be sure to point!
(Vroom, Ages 1-2).

Quick Tip

When your 1-2-year-old child works to match lids and containers, they’re focusing, tuning out distractions and using what they already know to make connections and problem solve. You help them build these skills when you encourage them to test ideas and come up with their own answers.
(Vroom, Ages 1-2).

Quick Tip

Supporting children 2-3 years-old as they explore and discover will help them become learners for life. Counting out loud also helps them build a stronger sense of numbers. (Vroom, Ages 2-3).

Quick Tip

Music time becomes learning time. By helping your 2-3-year-old child pay attention to the words of songs and beat, you’re helping them learn to listen carefully. Remembering the words and tunes of songs also strengthens their memory. (Vroom, Ages 2-3).

Quick Tip

Helping your 3-4 years-old child describe parts of their day helps them build communication skills. (Vroom, Ages 3-4).

Quick Tip

Counting small numbers of things helps your 3-4-years-old child understand that numbers go in a sequence, from little numbers to big ones. (Vroom, Ages 3-4).

Quick Tip

Pretending is very important to learning—it helps your 4-5 years-old child to imagine, be creative and take the perspective of others. And it’s fun!
(Vroom, Ages 4-5).

Quick Tip

Every back and forth conversation builds your 4-5-years-old child’s brain. After they say something, repeat it back in complete sentences. And did you know that paying attention to what’s positive in your life has been shown to lead to more happiness and satisfaction? For both of you!
(Vroom, Ages 4-5).
